Delivery time: 4-12 business days

The order processing time is 1-3 business days and the shipping time is 3-8 business days.

Delivery time = order processing time + shipping time.

No delivery for more than 3 business days

If you need to cancel your order, we will arrange a refund for you and your payment amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days.

Goods lost in transit

If the men's bag is lost in transit, please send an email to [email protected] and we will replace it for you.
