After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

Returnable within 14 natural days

Coolmanbags.com supports no-excuses returns within 14 natural days.

If you sign for your men's bag more than 14 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

Return orders are processed within 1-3 business days

If a return order takes longer than 3 business days to process, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

Our service hours are Monday-Friday/8:00AM-8:00PM (EST).

Return orders submitted after 8:00PM will be prioritized for processing on the next business day and orders submitted after 8:00PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

No return orders will be processed on weekends.

Return and exchange criteria

Returns need to be made within 14 natural days of signing for the men's bag.

The returned men's bag must be in its original perfect condition and come with all original packaging, accessories and tags.

The surface of the men's bag is free of stains.

There must be no signs of human damage or abnormal use.

Does not affect secondary sales.

Return and Refund

If you decide to return the product within 14 natural days of the return validity date, you can follow the process below:
Please pack the men's bag in its original packaging, including accessories and freebies received.

Send the men's bag to 580 Delafield Ave, Staten Island, New York.

Once shipped, please send us the logistics information and courier receipt number via email at [email protected] so that we can check and refund you as soon as we receive it.

If you choose to return a men's bag due to quality or shipping issues (such as receiving a worn men's bag), shipping costs will be covered by Coolmanbags.com.

If you choose to return a men's bag because you personally do not like the men's bag you received (color or style), or the photo is incorrect, etc., the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Once the returned men's bag arrives at the domain's warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days, please be patient.

Warranty Policy

The warranty period for men's bags is 2 months after you sign the receipt.

If there is a problem such as zipper damage in the men's bag you purchased during the warranty period, please contact us by emailing photos and videos reflecting the product problem to [email protected], and we will confirm with you the repair time and the cost of returning to the factory for repair.

If it is a quality problem such as the zipper can not be pulled, the repair cost will be borne by us.
If the bag is damaged due to your carelessness, then the repair costs will be borne by you.

If you need to return to the factory for repair, please send the men's bag back to 580 Delafield Ave, Staten Island, New York, and send the logistics information by email to [email protected].

After the repair is completed, we will send it back to you.
